This course is part of the New Teacher Academy and is for teachers in the Teacher Induction Program only. This class is not required for teachers who participated in Organizational Orientation.
In this course participants will explore an overview of principles and techniques to build strong classroom culture with an emphasis on: knowledge of students, respect and rapport, cultivating relationships, securing trust, and understanding emotional poverty.
