National Research indicates major differences in emergent language and literacy skills in children entering Kindergarten, which often continue into the primary grades.This course uses the Active View of Reading with a focus on Universal Design for Learning (IDL) principles to engage all students in classrooms with diverse learners and needs. This self paced course will a focus on delivery of explicit, systematic instructional strategies, aligned with standards and benchmarks, using multisensory approach to support all content areas for all learners. |
