Course Description More Details
Riverview faculty will attend workshops and implement instructional strategies throughout the 24 - 25 school year to help refine their practices. Focuses during PD throughout the year include creating student-friendly learning objectives, providing Teacher Teams support in working collaboratively in recurring cycles of collective inquiry and action research to achieve better results and ensure all students learn at high levels, providing opportunities for students to engage in accountable discussions, aligning lessons to state standards/benchmarks, implementing and relying on common assessment data to drive instruction, and embedding intellectually engaging learning tasks. This course is specific to Team Leads.
