This training empowers educators to craft precise, individualized IEP goals in reading, writing, and math by leveraging student data.  Participants will explore strategies for alighning goals with each learner's unique needs, ensuring meaningful and measurable progress.  Through hands-on practice and guided analysis, attendees will strenthen their ability to translate data into actionable goals that support student success.

Required Materials:

  • Must Bring - Assessment Data for 1 student
  • CORE Maze Comprehension Assessment
  • CORE Masi-R Oral Reading Fluency
  • San Diego Quick Assessment (CORE or REWARDS)
  • iSPIRE - if appropriate

Recommended Prerequisite Courses:

  • Elementary or Secondary Assessing Reading and Progress Monitoring
  • Elementary or Secondary Data Detectives: Analyzing Reading Data adn Informed SDI Decisions
  • Present Level: Writing the Story that Data Tells
