Course Description More Details
This course is for support personnel only. If you are taking this course during your regular workday, you must have permission from your supervisor/administrator. If you are scheduled to work during this course, there is no stipend. Evening, Saturday, and Summer in-person class participants will receive a stipend of $9 per hour for attending. Please note: The stipend will only be paid the first time you attend a course.
This course is designed to address benefits of focusing on the positive aspects of the work and home life. Participants will take part in discussions and activities that will focus on examining each situation with a positive outlook.
