Course Description More Details
This course meets IN PERSON at the ISC Room 127 starting at 8:30 AM on 9/27/25. This course is being offered in an ALL IN PERSON format for those who wish to have a trainer in the room with them as they work through the course. If you find technology challenging, we strongly recommend enrolling in this in-person class.
This course is reserved for District Alternative Certification Program participants.
If you find technology challenging, we strongly recommend enrolling in the in-person class. Our virtual sessions are not designed to provide the level of individual support that may be needed, and the trainer must focus on the group as a whole. Additionally, please note that the in-person class size will be capped at 20 participants, which is the maximum capacity of our lab facilities.
This course is designed as an introduction to the methods, techniques and benefits of integrating technology in the classroom setting. Novice users will develop a broad understanding of the skills necessary for technology use, while the advanced user will learn how to use his/her technical knowledge to enhance the classroom. Participants will be involved in interactive, hands-on lessons which model effective technology integration.
