Course Description More Details
This session will focus on how ESOL Resource teachers(ERT) can support teachers in the effective use of student performance data to guide instructional practices, and refine teaching strategies to build academic vocabulary and comprehension. In addition, ERTs will explore ways to help teachers develop a growth mindset, encouraging them to see challenges as opportunities for growth and improvement in their approach to ELL instruction via appropriate differentiation of instruction based on students' language proficiency levels.
