This course is for support personnel only. If you are taking this course during your regular workday, you must have permission from your supervisor/administrator. If you are scheduled to work during this course, there is no stipend. Evening, Saturday, and Summer in-person class participants will receive a stipend of $9/hour for attending. Please note: The stipend will only be paid the first time you attend a course. 

 

 

This course focuses on effective methods for working with our customers (students, parents, community members).
