Explore the High Reliability Schools (HRS) Framework with our engaging virtual book study on Marzano's Leading a High Reliability School. This is a great opportunity to prepare for our continued work of focusing on our HCPS Instructional Priority of "implementing systems and structures of accountability to ensure all students master learning at the depth and breadth of the standard or better in all classes."
What to Expect:
  • Key Concepts and Strategies: Engage in discussions on important ideas from the book in a relaxed environment that encourages open dialogue and collaboration.
  • Collaborative Learning: Connect and learn with other HCPS Administrators.
  • Online Sessions: Sessions will be offered via Teams on Mondays from 2-3 p.m. on June 9, 16, 23, and 30.
  • Manageable Reading: Enjoy a manageable weekly reading load (average of 35 pages).
  • In-Service Points: Earn 2 in-service points per session attended (up to 8 points total).
  • Free Access to Book: The book is available online via the HCPS Gale Virtual Library.
