In this self-paced Canvas course, participants will deep dive into the FELS Standard 4.  Participants will: Evaluate, through an observation process, an identified teacher’s learning goals and classroom instruction alignment to the state’s student academic standards; engage with an identified group of teachers to facilitate data analysis and reflection, identify areas of strength and areas of need of students in their classrooms and collaborate to create an evidence-based intervention, acceleration, and enrichment plan focused on increased academic achievement and learning of the teacher’s students; and assist the identified teacher with the creation, implementation and monitoring of a comprehensive progress monitoring system to promote the high expectation of academic growth and well-being of the teacher’s students. Participants receive 4 hours of inservice credit.
