THIS TRAINING IS FOR TEACHERS NEEDING THE ESOL Category 3- 18-HOUR Requirement ONLY. This training will offer 18-hours of ESOL Strategies for Professionals for Category 3 teachers. which include strategies for your English Language Learner students to help them acquire skills more effectively in the classroom and school. This course will be provided over 5 weeks, all online through Canvas.
There are no face- to-face meetings. All ESOL courses are online and completed independently.
New in the 2024-25 School Year:
Enrollment for all ESOL Endorsement/Requirement courses will be conducted through the ESOL Training Forms Survey Link during the published registration period. Courses will be created based on participant needs. Please look for an email from ESOLtraining@hcps.net in your Outlook email prior to the term.
