This course will be held in the training room at the FDLRS Modulars located next to McLane Middle. FDLRS Modulars Address: 311 N. Kings Ave, Brandon, FL 33510. Please do not go to McLane Middle, there is no access to the FDLRS Modulars from that site. Use the address provided above.
THIS CLASS IS FOR ESE PARAPROFESSIONALS ONLY! STIPENDS WILL ONLY BE PAID TO ATTENDEES WHO HAVE NOT ATTENDED THIS TRAINING IN THE PAST 3 YEARS. This training was developed with ESE Paraprofessionals in mind. During the 3-hour training, Paraprofessionals will begin to understand what Dyslexia and Processing Deficits look like and how they affect students. They will also learn some multi-sensory reading strategies that can help struggling readers.
