Goals:

Building meaningful connections among school staff is the first step towards creating an environment where everyone can thrive. This session is designed to nurture a positive and interconnected school culture that benefits not only the staff but also the students and families through:

 1. Interactive Discussions: Engage in group discussions and exercises that encourage staff to share personal experiences, thoughts, and aspirations, promoting mutual understanding.

 2. Storytelling: Share personal stories and experiences to create an environment where vulnerability is embraced and connections deepen.

 3. Team-Building Activities: Collaborate in teams on fun and challenging activities designed to enhance cooperation and trust among participants.

Who Should Attend:

This workshop is open to all school staff members, including teachers, administrators, support staff, and custodians. Building meaningful connections and relationships among all staff members contributes to a harmonious, productive, and nurturing school environment.
