Culturally Proficient Leadership provides administrators with the ability to understand and respect students' cultural dignity which is a crucial component of developing high-performing schools. Culturally Proficient Leadership provides a step-by-step approach for educators to reflect on their underlying beliefs, assumptions, and backgrounds. Principals and Assistant Principals will embark on a journey of self discovery, and essential skills for communicating and collaborating across cultures. Follow Up Activity: The participant will select an area of cultural growth and develop an action plan based on what they want to learn and what they want to achieve.
