In this course you will receive information about the background/purpose, overview, coding, progression, fluency & automaticity, Mathematical Thinking & Reasoning Standards, Content Standards, and other information related to the B.E.S.T. Mathematics Standards grades K-5.  You will be asked to complete discussion questions, evidence of learning quizzes, and assignments. Most of the information used in this professional development came from the B.E.S.T. Standards in Mathematics PDF created by the Florida Department of Education. This course will be completed in CANVAS at your own pace and all assignments must be completed by the end date to receive points.
