Course Description More Details
This course is for SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGISTS ONLY. Participants will gain an understanding of current issues in special education, with the goal of improving access to services and interventions for students with disabilities or those who are being considered for special education. Topics include the Florida Department of Education Family Empowerment Scholarship, Insights to Behavior, and due process procedures. The role of the school psychologist in each of these activities/topics will be discussed.
