PARTICIPANTS IN THIS COURSE MUST HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE INITIAL 12 HOUR NONVIOLENT CRISIS INTERVENTION or REFRESHER COURSE with the last year.  You must have a currently valid NCI Certificate to take this course.  If you need to check on your NCI Certificate status, email you full names and Lawson number to Maylen Vazquez before the registration deadline. The Nonviolent Crisis Intervention: Keypoint Refresher course is a thorough review of core components of the program. Participants will bridge and integrate key concepts for a broader understanding of crisis development.
