This three day course is for school-site Bookkeepers, Principal's Secretaries and Back-ups who will be responsible for School supply budget and all financial functions related to district budgets.
Topics and areas of instruction include:
- Budget Procedures, Understanding Account Coding, Cost Center Reports, Budget Transfers.
- Procurement procedures and guidelines, Requisitions, P-Cards, Shopping Cart, Bid Brochures, Purchasing Thresholds and Copier maintenance.
- Receiving, Receiving adjustments, managing Accounts Payable reports, P-card transaction coding and monthly signature reports, Travel guidelines, policies and reimbursement.
